New Forest Leaf
Zero:Net, the UK’s only completely open and unrestricted electric vehicle charging network, is helping EV drivers up and down the country get more out of their cars and enjoy the British ‘summer’.
Adam Stewardson, a Nissan Leaf driver from Surrey, had a day off work and nothing to do - EV Road-Trip time! He found an interesting Zero:Net location in the New Forest and decided to take his Leaf and his other half down into the forest to the Sir Walter Tyrrell pub.
Adam knew the pub was outside of the normal range of his Leaf, so he stopped off at the fast charger at West Way Nissan in Southampton for a quick blast of electrons en-route.
At the pub he was able to charge his car at the Zero Carbon World Charging Station while he enjoyed a delicious lunch served by the friendly staff of the Sir Walter Tyrrell.
He told us: “We will definitely be going back soon and would never even have considered going there if they didn't have the the ZCW Charging Station”
Zero:Net allows drivers like Adam to charge their cars while they enjoy a delicious meal or a great night’s sleep at 121 locations all over the UK.
